Join HAVEN for our Cleves Open House Hiring Event and interview on the spot! We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals who are ready to build or advance their careers in commercial construction plumbing.

Commercial Construction Plumber

Responsibilities

Install & test commercial plumbing systems including domestic water, DWV, storm, gas, and compressed air piping.
Maintain a safe and clean work area.
Provides leadership for Apprentices and Helpers when assigned.
Install plumbing fixtures & equipment.
Read and follow blueprints, specifications, and jobsite instructions.
Coordinate effectively with foremen, project teams, and other construction trades.
Follow all jobsite safety procedures, plumbing codes, and company standards.
Perform all assigned duties in an independent and expeditious manner with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Qualifications

Commercial plumbing experience preferred.
Active Journeyman Plumbing license in one or more of the following jurisdictions: Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky.
Ability to work with all common plumbing system materials including but not limited to copper, CPVC, PEX, PVC, cast iron & black iron.
Able to read and interpret plumbing plans, specifications, shop drawings, and other construction related documents.
Working knowledge of plumbing code, and construction practices.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Ability to perform physical construction duties and work independently or as part of a team.
